Mobile cropping

It is not possible to do cropping with touch on mobile devices.

I'd really like that functionality... I'm not sure how it would work however...
Any ideas?

Hi! Yes this is possible, we'd have to use touch/tapping and maybe even some responsive design to make it easy to use with touch.

I do think that the current design doesnt really do mobile justice. I have seen some radically designed photo cropping libraries for mobile that are fundamentally different, which do a much better job. Ideally, I think it would make more sense to modify this project to have a different design for mobile which makes sense for fingers rather than mouse cursors. I'm just not sure if its worth the effort. We could do something cheap like make the handles bigger in mobile, but there is a much different way: https://foliotek.github.io/Croppie/

Croppie does a great job at making cropping seem more intuitive and natural for mobile, while the classic way such as jCrop make more sense for desktop. This is of course my opinion, but it has stalled me a bit on working on this because I haven't been convinced either way which direction to take on this.

Essentially this becomes more of a design problem than just an engineering one, and I'm not a designer. I'd defer to the designer Gods for this, or perhaps professional designers :)
