TA UI stops loading if entered data is not a GUID or discord ID

When Adding a new user, in the Tournament Settings tab, if a string is entered that is not an existing bot GUID or discord account ID the webpage does not load correctly and instead doesn't return any users.

Ah! Somehow I missed this. Yes, I believe this is the intended behavior. We can't really search users, because we wouldn't know where the user wanted to search. Even if we did, Discord, for example, puts some pretty reasonable restrictions on enumerating users in a server.
