Protontricks not installing through flatpak. #456

Describe the bug
Protontricks says not installed even though flatpak thinks it installed.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Run command
protontricks foo bar - error: app/com.github.Matoking.protontricks/x86_64/stable not installed
- In the Bazaar for Bazzite, it states:
An error Occurred. Key file contains key "filesystems" which has a value that cannot be interpreted.
Expected behavior
I expected protontricks to be installed and runnable.
System (please complete the following information):
- Distro: Bazzite
- Protontricks installation method: Flatpak
- Protontricks version: not installed
- Steam version: not running beta
Additional context
It was working previously. I am not sure exactly when the issue started happening. I went to tried to run the program, and nothing happened. So I uninstalled and attempted to reinstall.
