i broke my games

So I had some minor issues running halo infinite and fallout 76 with proton. I discovered proton tricks and I messed around, installed a bunch of things without knowing what I was doing. I figured whats the worst that could happen? Well fallout 76 wont launch and halo infinite crashes upon the load screen. So far what ive done is, select the default wineprefix and then delete all data, applications inside this prefix. I was hoping that would put everything back to normal, it did not.

I did read the wiki but its to advanced for me, I shouldn't have been monkeying with things that I don't understand.

A friend helped me out, go to
~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata is the folder that has all of the proton prefixes that run each individual game

look up the game id and delete that folder

You guys should put that in the wiki, or maybe its there and I couldn't find it, idk
