Add Option to Block or Whitelist Commands While in KO State #41

Hi! First of all, I really appreciate your work - the plugin is amazing.
I've been trying in many different ways to block specific commands while a player is in the KO state, but I haven't been able to achieve it. Is this currently possible?
If not, I'd like to suggest adding a feature that
allows either:
A whitelist of allowed commands while in KO, or
A blacklist of commands that should be blocked during the KO state.
This would give server owners more control and improve gameplay consistency. Thanks again for the great work!
