Flexibility across OS and simulation directory #9
Description
When I try to use the ingrained Bicrystal._get_image_cell() function, it does not work if called in a different directory other than the directory in which ingrained was installed. Additionally, it only calls the version of incostem optimized for mac-osx, without the option to call the version of incostem which works with linux.
