Verify How Setup Works On Windows Machine

It would be nice to try the installation instructions (either one) on a Windows machine to verify what needs to change to make the install work.

Importantly, the main thing that we need to know is how the directory structure works, specifically, we would need to know:

• Where Go is installed on a typical Windows Machine
• Where Gurobi is installed by default on a Windows Machine
  among other things. Some of these details will be incorporated into functions like CreateGurobiHomeDirectory to make the setup process adapt to the operating system of the computer (i.e., the value of runtime.GOOS).
