Roman Numeral + Subverse Support

Support Roman numeral parsing, but also match partial/sub-verses like Matthew 28:18b-20 (probably a-c is fine)

To parse an individual number set, you can use ((?<numeral>[ivxlc])|(?<decimal>\d{1,3})[abc]), which would return one of those groups, and ignore the sub-verse

I recently discovered Matth. x, 8 as another format, where the comma after a Roman numeral is used to delimit chapter/verse pair.
