BrowserError Cannot create the page: oneshot canceled

I am trying to test the project by generating a pdf. Unfortunately i get the following
{"message":"Failed to generate pdf: Browser error: Cannot create the page: oneshot canceled","status_code":500}

What seems to be the issue ? i have added chromioxyde to my project to and triggered the fetcher too. Unfortunately it is still giving me this error.
