0.5 update

Compatch issues:

• weird localized text manager
• sprites not loading properly (game breaks when they get their weapons) take a look at modernboxes way of loading sprites may need to refactor

• Hell staff still is getting a weird missing texture error (will break game)
• Localization is reset to the primitive era before LM so look into what is the locale power.name or power.id and then use localiztion.add to add them most of this is done we just need to figure out which is being used in the localization dict
