Feature Request: Show problems of all files upon startup

Hi, i'm really enjoying ccls and its vscode extension. I'm wondering whether there is / could be an option to show diagnostics for all files (mentioned in compile_commands.json) upon startup? Currently, afaik, only diagnostics of files that were opened once are displayed... Basically something similar to 'typescript.tsserver.experimental.enableProjectDiagnostics'.
