proposal: add json pagination endpoint

Add an endpoint to test pagination with JSON.
Page should be defined by optional query parameter page.

Up for discussion:

Unlimited pages (random data) or fixed JSON size?
Another parameter to set page size?

what we also can think about is a cursor pagination :)
