Out of date?

I have mobile Stardew Valley 1.4.5.145 but the newest SMAPI is telling me to install 1.4.5.139 so I'm unable to install the version it shows after I download the SMAPI app. I don't know if you are currently working on an update, but I was wondering if there was a way to progress farther without having to complete that screen, or something?
