Repeater does not display items if it starts with an empty collection

Hello, I've found your Repeater implementation very useful.
`Trailmaker.UI/Trailmaker.UI/Repeater.cs`

I've inject it into my project and i've noticed that when i start with an empty repeater-list and add an item the repeater-view does not display then new item.
But as soon as i add a second one everything gets displayed fine.
