Open door does not work

Hello, thanks for the integration.
The open door button does not work for me. Home Assistant does not notice when the button is pressed in Ring app and Ring does not notice when the button is pressed in HA. Unfortunately, this entity does not work, but all others do.

Additional information, with the Homebridge integration it works to open the door and receive the status.
