Add -v flag to show version

I noticed a closed issue addressed exactly the same issue I was having and suggested downloading a newer version of setres.  I was wondering if it would be possible to have a commandline flag which shows the user which version it is.  I think that would be helpful in pinpointing where the error is occuring.
