Translational Issue in Image Alignment

Hi Mark,

After aligning 4+ images using apply-transforms (so automatically instead of manually), I typically find that one of the images is misaligned (usually moved some distance to the top, bottom, right or left of the rest of the aligned images). Is there a way to make the images align more precisely or do I have to manually align the misaligned image for it to work?

I was playing around with the code and does the decrement factor solve this issue?
