CsvDataReader.Read() Never Returns "false" After CsvFormatException

I use the following code snippet to decode CSV data from a list of CSV records in memory and the loop never breaks if the read operation throws a CsvFormatException. Can you please shed some light on this for me to understand how to fix this? I use version 1.3.5.

using CsvDataReader csvReader = CsvDataReader.Create(textReader, new CsvDataReaderOptions() { HasHeaders = false });

while (true)
{
    try
    {
        if (!csvReader.Read())
        {
            break;
        }

        if (csvReader.RowFieldCount == 13)
        {
            // process
        }
    }
    catch (Exception ex)
    {
        // log error
    }
}

Move the try/catch outside of the while loop.

Thanks for the quick response, @mark. In this case, the csvReader (via memStream) gets a list of records (usually ~500). If any of those have format issues, they should be skipped, and the others (proper ones) should still be processed. That's why I have the out while loop.
