write a remote gdb server

Currently there is no remote debugger for game boy because of the architecture.

There is for game boy advance.

It is embarassing because people could need to connect ghidra or radare2 or IDA pro on an emulator.

It could be great if we create a new one. We will be the first.

I personally need it.

Assign me on this issue.
