how to call onchange callback only when user manually slides number picker not when it automatically change? #138

I am working on an IoT-based application so I have to handle interactions from devices also.
so can you please describe how I can call onChanged callback only when the user slides the number picker?
if the response is from the device side then the only value that will be updated onChanged should not be called.
here is one screenshot of what I am talking about like increasing fan level.
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
