Include custom headers

There is currently no way to include custom headers in each request. This should be tutorialised!

A quick-and-dirty way is to include the custom header in each request, like this:

export default {
  // ... other things
  apollo: {
    foo: {
      query: MyQuery,
      context: {
        headers: {
          'x-hasura-custom-header': 'value',
        }
      }
    }
  }
}

Or in a method:

this.$apollo.mutate({
  mutation: MyMutation,
  variables: {
    foo: 'bar',
  },
  context: {
    headers: {
      'x-hasura-custom-header': 'value',
    }
  }
})

If the header is to be the same everywhere, you can modify plugins/apollo.js to this:
