Allow scrolling single line script tabs #156

Hey! Thanks for the addon, I've been using it for a few months now and it's been great. I have a bit of an inconvenience though.
I've been using multiline tabs, but I tend to have lots and lots of scripts open. I'm sure I could be more aware of them and close them when not needed, but such is the reality. I thought I'd use the single line mode which fixes the problem a little bit, but then I can't see all of my open scripts in the tab bar (I usually sort them manually in "groups" and these "groups" can be far away from each other). The default TabBar has a clip_tabs property that adds two arrows at the end when tabs are overflowing, but as I understand you're using a completely custom control. Emulating that behavior would be great.
