About analyzing high dimensional data #1

Hello, We enjoy your excellent software with the wonderful graphical extension of Kepler Mapper. Yours is actually what we are looking for for a while so we are so thrilled.
However, we have an issue with analyzing higher dimension (~1,000 dimension/column) data in Mapper-interactive. We could see that our data was successfully loaded by seeing in PCA. However, when we ran our data in the mapper-interactive, the calculation did not finish within 24 hours, and I aborted the calculation then (not knowing how long it would take). The same dataset finished being calculated within 5 min in TDAmapper in R.
We observe that ~11 dimensions are OK to be analyzed in Mapper-interactive (we tested this with digits.csv in ‘sample_datasets’ folder but not the higher, 12, 13 or higher, dimensions). Is there something limiting the higher dimension analysis in Mapper-interactive? We very much hope our data can be analyzed on mapper-interactive.
