Hydrogen Combustion #16

Description

@mrnotarnicola

I'm trying to run a combustion reaction with the following mixture {'CO2'} {'N2'} {'O2'} {'Ar'} {'H2'} {'H2O'} [0.0003 0.7024 0.0873 0.0084 0.0956 0.1061] at 1146.4K and 110.7578 kPa.

I receive the following product {'CO2'} {'N2'} {'O2'} {'Ar'} {'H2'} {'H2O'} [0.0003 0.7376 0.0415 0.0088 0.0001 0.2117].

I'm not sure why there is excess H2 when there is still O2 present in the products. I checked the flag and it is resulting in 1 saying it's converged.

Any help would be appreciated.
