Unable to generate results for a large dataset

Hello,
I have MSA file of 93 thousand protein sequences. I wanted to generate mismatch excel sheet for my dataset but ResCon seems to crash for a large dataset. The error suggests there might be memory issue.
I am using ResCon on Windows.

Could you post the error message? Also, how much memory do you have available in your device?

Do you use 32-bit or 64-bit build of Python? If you happen to be on 32-bit, switching to 64-bit would help.

I do have 64-bit build of Python.
Python 3.10.4 (tags/v3.10.4:9d38120, Mar 23 2022, 23:13:41) [MSC v.1929 64 bit (AMD64)] on win32
