In api, when creating projects/sprints, order their child ids by number #72
Description
The projects/id response includes ids of it's child sprints - these are in whatever order they're pulled from the database but they should be ordered by the sprint.number - the jinja that shows links to sprints should order them that way. Same for tasks.
