firmware beta v1.0.4 requires controller v 0.9.12

how do i get controller version v 0.9.12 or failing that flash my machine back to an old version of the firmware as right now im bricked

Yep missing this my self , i saw a update for better file transfers and did the update . but no controllers, i know i can take out the sd card but that does not help with the problems of uploading a file over 100-120 meg upto 500 MB
