Stop overriding appearance settings

This plugin is overriding all appearance settings and making stuff look really ugly. When used with Cyborg Theme, MakerGear OctoPrint Setup makes everything look like halloween so I have to disable the MakerGear plugin and only re-enable it when I want to use it.

The theme overrides should be in a separate plugin like MakerGear Theme.

Also resets the name set in Appearance. I happen to name my printers and it always reverts to "MakerGear %hostname%"

I would also appreciate extracting the coloring components to a "MakerGear Theme"
