CUDA installed but using CPU

I have cuda 13.0 installed and all of the tests in the readme pass but I get the below message when running which means it's still using the CPU?

Same here. I checked that pytorch is running GPU and it is.

I see this error below too.

ERROR yolo_local.py:41: Couldn't set YOLO model to CUDA: Torch not compiled with CUDA enabled

The bot runs way too slow compared to the youtube demo video.
