I was able to follow to step 3, but I think there needs to be more description between 3 and 4. Supposing I want to be cookied by shared id, then remove that cookie on CNN.com and WP.com

Have updated the readme with some more details on the testing the flow and also have provided a delete cookie option on the http://www.cnn.com:8181/readcookie.html. For now, once the cookie is deleted, to opt-in the "optout" cookie on cnn has to be deleted manually. Let me know if that is the flow you are looking for then I can add an option to opt-in on the publisher page
