Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, Fiber-related data inspection are available on specific pages within the CKB Explorer. Recently, we've received a request from the Fiber team to create a dedicated Fiber Explorer.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Migrate all Fiber-related functionalities from CKB Explorer to Fiber Explorer
2. Redirect all links pointing to fiber data in CKB Explorer to the Fiber Explorer
3. Basic RPC integration: e.g. add "Link me" and "Open Channel" on Fiber Node page
   • "Link me": Click and enter a fiber node address to send "connect peer" RPC request
   • "Open Channel": Click, enter amount and token to send open channel RPC request
4. Local Node Management
   • Similar to "node connect" mode of CKB Explorer, users can set the node address and manage the node on the page directly, e.g. list all channels, close channels, send payments

The design of the Fiber Network data display has been completed. The design draft will be finalized after the CKB Explorer's visual guide is ready.
In the meantime, developers can begin technical preparation.
