Walking Inheritance Tree in Listeners/Plugins

As was discussed on the email list, this is a request for an enhancement for the framework to support listeners and plugins that extend an abstract listener or plugin so that by defining ColdSpring bean dependencies in the parent class, those beans would be available in the child classes using the resolveMachIIDependencies param.
