Support for different model grids

What model grid types can seaduck support? Most testing is done with the MITgcm. Can seaduck support other model grids? What are the limits of this support?

Since we only have MITgcm, it only support MITgcm for now. When I am developing, I always have at least NEMO in mind, so it won't be hard to expand.

But you also use idealized flow fields, and AVISO data in the documentation examples. What grids do they use?

@MaceKuailv says that the Lagrangian trajectory formulae are specific to C-grids, so would require some careful thought for other grid types.
But for interpolation, it's easier and just requires changing the grid definitions appropriately.
