LG G5 OLED - Full access to service menu not working #557
Description
Hello, I am on a LG G5, latest software version. I understand that using the physical Service Remote is no longer a safe option on this model, as it will leave the TV in a factory mode that will require reset, so I am using this software. I am able to successfully connect to the TV using the software, and activate access to the additional options in Expert Menu in the LG Module settings.
However, when I choose Expert > INS START, the service menu comes up on the TV, but it does not have the full options. I do not see items 1 to 20, like I understand I should be able to. Only 3 items are present, along with HDMI connection info and some other items.
Is there a way to access the full service on the G5 models?
In the Software under Expert > Config, I used the commands to disable TPC and GSR, but there is no confirmation that it worked successfully.
