Wrong prices during the day #233

Describe the issue
I have noticed after we got over to 15-minutes prices, there is something wrong with the values, and when I use the values together kwh during the day, the total for that day is wrong. compared to the prices I get from "Energi Data Service". "Energi Data Service" is correct from quarter to quarter, also the total for the day.
Also compared to the official meter at the house "Energi Data Service" is correct and "Strømligning" is not.
the start is fx. 00:15 and end is 01:15 for the 0.802734 price.
And even when price should change at 00:15, it do not, it stays at 0.802734 for that hour
