numpy np.int is deprecated #152
Description
In hpsTransformations.py np.int is deprecated and causes the Apply Transformation in sms-tools-materials/hpsMorph to fail. I tried replacing with np.int_ and just plain int. Both seemed to work. I am not expert enough at any of this to know if there are any unintended consequences of this change elsewhere.
