Provide information on deleted users #2054
Description
When users are deleted, no information remains.
Ideally leave information visible to admins/mods regarding whether the user deleted themselves or if someone else deleted them, who. This could be presented as:
- name/link to user who took the deletion action
- "user themselves" / "you" / "another mod" / "an admin"
Keeping record of user notes and past names for mod/admin review might be useful.
This would allow moderators to investigate strange user deletion to notice potential accidental deletion by mods/themselves.
Motivation for this ticket: Currently, I'm confused by https://freesound.org/people/deleted_user_18378186/ which has 2 new sounds in the queue.
