[BUG] In-game pause menu broken

[HeavenAintClose]

Game launches fine, start new game fine, pause fine, but cannot move mouse as it continues to move the camera, also cannot unpause.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install fresh MSC through steam
2. Install MSCLoaderPro
3. Install BetterCheatBox
4. Install Tangerine FZ-150
5. Launch game
6. Start new game
7. Experience the inability to unpause

Expected behavior
Ability to unpause, and use CheatBox
