Instructions for setting up a new MRPT algorithm with V-REP

There should be some simple, straightforward instructions on how to add V-REP simulation support for another MRPT algorithm from scratch. These should be easy to implement for MRPT developers and users and should be compacted preferably into 1 or 2 A4 pages.
