Struggling with installation

When I run `**\FSNet>pip install -r requirements.txt` I get the following error

ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:\\home\\conda\\feedstock_root\\build_artifacts\\certifi_1746569525376\\work\\certifi'

```

Do we need to use conda to install this?
