fping seems to discard the late reply messages

it has been observed that when round trip time of ping increases more than one second (it happens in high throughput tests), the reply message is discarded by fping container (although reply message has been received on the interface).

issue might come from line # 83 of fping experiment that does not wait for late reply messages.
