fix: update 5 dead/broken URLs (404→working, 302→direct) (#67)

- JMA (Japan): /gmd/risk/obsdl/ → /risk/obsdl/ (path restructured)
- KOSTAT (Korea): /english/ removed (page gone)
- SingStat (Singapore): find-data → tablebuilder (page removed)
- CODA (China LCD): dead hash route → main site, http→https
- NSO (Thailand): /nso/statistics → /officialStatistics (restructured)

All replacement URLs verified returning HTTP 200.
