Controller still researches unreachable planets after disabling them in the ExtraPlanets Config #92

Description of Issue
after getting the crash under control after disabling reachable planets the controller still researches the Kepler planets, but it stop researching the
Steps to Reproduce Issue
- disable reachable planets in ExtraPlanets Config
- Log into your main world & mess around with the controller (breaking & placing it back down/clicking the arrow buttons on the left and right of the controller GUI)
