Problem with Skull Stripping

First off, thank you so much for sharing your code! It is amazing.

I have encountered a slight problem with using the skull_stripping flag when using run_inference. I get an error saying that "hd-bet: not found." I have cloned the HD-BET repository and installed the package on my machine, but I'm not sure what to do next.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
