Read in reaction directionality?

Hi Andre,
Is it possible to read in reaction flux directionality? That is, if I have a SAMMI map in which arrows are based on annotation in the json file and I read in reaction fluxes - some positive, some negative - I'd like to change the arrows in the map such that the arrows always point in the positive direction. Again, great tool!

Hi Bill,
Unfortunately there is no way of doing that on-load. You would have to change that information on the json and the data before loading.
After loading, however, you can choose the reactions you want to reverse and reverse their directionality using the "reverse reaction" button on the floating menu. That will also reverse their associated flux.
