question regarding TCGA data

Hi,

Not an issue, but a question regarding TCGA batch-corrected expression data. Where i can download the most recent batch corrected pancancer TCGA RNA-seq expression data? Not individual cancers, but the whole batch-corrected matrix of all TCGA individuals.

I talked with the PI on the PanCan project and we can provide that file to you. We're working a large revamp of our Standardized Data, which will include PanCan data, but it is not on the MBatch Omic Browser website yet https://bioinformatics.mdanderson.org/MQA/.
