Idea: Incorporating features into the config gui

There is a very nice gui for configs in forge, I think it would be cool if this enables users to enable/disable their features

(Just posting this here so I don't forget it, il work on it after we finish features)

Once we finish the rewrite, this should be easy. I need a way to make the
configs per world however.
