Local debug mode #7
Description
Create a parameter and a set of scripts to facilitate testing and debugging for the server and client locally.
A script will be used to launch multiple clients locally in debug mode. In this mode, the streaming command will provide a debug feed (which doesn't require a physical camera) that can be used to ensure that the network doesn't interfere with synchronization.
For both the client and the server, this mode will configure the IP and port settings appropriately for local execution.
