Better handle lost connection on the client side

If the client is disconnected for whatever reason, whenever the connection recover we should make sure the service restart correctly and it should contact the central server. Depending on the status (streaming/idle) before the connection failure the central server will provide appropriate command to resume operation (e.g clean the previous stream process and restart a new stream for the client)
