Library does not work on Arduino Mega 2560 #2

Hi I recently started using the library and did not encounter any problems using it on an Arduino UNO but when I transferred it to a MEGA, the receiver stopped responding. I have been using the A10 input on the Arduino Mega which corresponds to PCINT18 and therefore has Pin Change Interrupts capability, but despite this the program continues to be unresponsive.
